For your enjoyment and convenience, we offer Open Gym, a great time to work on skills or spend extra time on your favorite apparatus. It’s usually held once or twice per month on Friday evenings from 5:30-7:30. The cost is $5 per person, and you can’t find a better deal for working skills under the supervision of safety trained coaches. You will have access to gymnastics apparatus including the tumble track, bars, beam, floor, vault, and various other equipment. Safe conduct is mandatory for the safety of every participant. Open Gym is open to anyone, however, we enforce all regular safety rules during Open Gym and reserve the right to remove any person for any reason. Participants under 18 years of age must have a release signed by a parent or guardian.
