Recreational Optional Gymnastics Team - The Tsunamis
If you love doing gymnastics, but the structured routines and rigid requirements of Artistic Gymnastics Competition just aren’t for you, you might enjoy Rec-Op. You will continue to progress and learn new skills, and will enjoy the experience of competition using your best skills. Gymnasts may compete on some or all of the apparatus. Create your own routines with the guidance of professional coaching. This class is open to all ages, but geared toward middle school & high school aged girls. Rec-Op is a great way to prepare for high school gymnastics. Our first home meet is scheduled for October 19, 2008.
