Open Gym is not only a great time to work on skills it is also a good time to bring in your friends so they can experience the playful side of gymnastics, our coaches and training gymnasts. You do not have to be a member of the gym, but all those participants under the age of 18 must have a signed release by parent or guardian.  The cost is $5 per person, and you can’t find a better deal for working on the equipment under the supervision of the safety of our trained coaches. You will have access to gymnastics apparatus including the tumble track, bars, beam, floor, vault, and various other equipment. Safe conduct is mandatory for the safety of every participant. During open gym we do enforce all regular safety rules during the session and reserve the right to remove any person for any reason.
